SwimmingWe offer a swim club twice a week in the fall. Practices are currently held at The Workout Club in Salem, NH, which is located about a quarter mile away from the school. Swim club is a place where all athletes feel safe to learn new things and make new friends while exercising in a low impact way. No prior experience is required, although we ask that participants can comfortably swim the length of a 25 yard pool and be able to tread water for at least one minute. We plan to compete in at least one club meet per year, and will hold time trials at practice throughout the season. We are currently accepting donations to pay for the cost of pool time, swimsuits, swim caps, meet entries, and the management of the team. RunningWe offer a running club twice a week in the fall. Practices are currently held at the Salem Town Forest, which is located about a 10 minute drive away from the school. Transportation is not provided. Running club is a safe place where athletes can learn proper running technique and improve their strength and endurance, all while making new friends. Running club plans to compete in a few local 5K races located within an hour radius from the school. Transportation is not provided.
